The role involves collaborating with sales partners to create customized product and therapy solutions, providing training, and conducting market development. The consultant will act as a thought leader at clinical forums, build relationships with key influencers, and stay updated on market dynamics and competitor information. A key aspect of the role is serving as a trusted advisor to patients by providing technical expertise, workflow understanding, and comprehensive therapy knowledge. The consultant will also support new product commercialization, assist with training and labeling, and deploy marketing programs. They will assess clinical environments, collaborate with staff on training and improvement plans to optimize patient outcomes and operational performance, and maintain clinical competency in nephrology. Additional responsibilities may focus on specific departments or locations.
