Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care was designed, built and staffed with the needs of North Texans in mind. From allergies and earaches to sprains and strains, Texas Health Breeze stands ready to treat most minor illnesses and injuries. With centers open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, little or no wait times and ability for most patients to leave with medication in hand, our goal is to offer an easy, convenient and affordable option for the care our patients need. Backed by Texas Health, one of the region’s largest health systems, we plan to open 20 locations in the Dallas Fort Worth area by summer 2021. Through the support of Texas Health leadership, Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care has achieved and maintains the Commission on Ambulatory and Urgent Care Quality (CAUCQ) Specialty Training Commendation. This is a commendation that recognizes focused formalized training in the specialty of urgent care as it relates to both clinical training and the patient experience. The Clinical Concierge role is a vital part of the urgent care team that works under the direction of the Site Manager and works closely with the provider and other clinical staff. This position is a full-time role with 3-12 hour shifts a week, working rotating days, weekends, and holidays from 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM. The position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
