Clinical Compliance Specialist
About The Position
SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Clinical Compliance Specialist to conduct systematic monitoring activities on a scheduled and unscheduled basis, summarize findings, and generate reports for key personnel. This role will also conduct timely and thorough clinical reviews in response to Health Plan inquiries and provide ongoing monitoring, tracking, and trending of various quality improvement or compliance indicators. Additionally, the specialist will facilitate professional trainings on topics such as Clinical Documentation, Risk Management, Incident Reporting, Infection Control, and Electronic Health Records.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
- Must reside in Arizona.
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical work experience preferred.
- Previous Quality Improvement or Compliance experience in a behavioral health field preferred.
- Quality Improvement or Compliance certification (CPHQ, CHC, or similar) preferred but not required.
