About The Position

Manager of Clinical Compliance plays a critical leadership role in ensuring safe, effective clinical operations across all imaging centers. From infection prevention and OSHA compliance to staff training and incident management, this role directly impacts both patient care and employee safety. This role leads systems that keep patients safe, staff protected, and clinical practices compliant while becoming an integral part of the Human Resources Team. Success in this role looks like: compliance processes run smoothly, risks are proactively addressed, and staff feel supported and confident in safe clinical practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing and active Virginia RN license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical or employee health experience.
  • A comparable combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of infection control and environmental health standards.
  • Ability to travel between FRC sites.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with OSHA, CDC, and AAAHC compliance.
  • Experience leading training programs or staff education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee incident reporting, investigation, tracking, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor trends and implement strategies to reduce risk and improve safety outcomes.
  • Lead OSHA training for new hires and annual compliance programs.
  • Develop and deliver clinical training materials including presentations, videos, and guides.
  • Manage employee health programs including immunizations and annual flu program.
  • Maintain compliance with infection prevention standards including CDC, OSHA, and AAAHC.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and environmental rounds with action planning.
  • Chair the Patient Safety Committee and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Supervise staff and support hiring, training, and performance management.
