About The Position

NFI North is seeking two full-time Clinical Case Managers Monday-Friday at our 16-bed adult program which has been relocated to Arbor View in Newport, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, case management, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get back into the community by volunteering, gaining employment, and transitioning into apartments with the support of our amazing staff team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the human services field required
Four years’ related experience and/or training with client population

Nice To Haves

Experience with supported employment activities
Medicaid and benefits management knowledge

Responsibilities

Provide case management and clinical services to assigned participants
Administrative duties
Supporting participants with financial information, benefits management, and supported employment
Provide training and support to staff in these areas
Part of on call rotation.
