About The Position

The Clinical Case Manager is responsible for providing quality clinical support services and case management to assigned patients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design. This role involves providing group treatment, under supervision, to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained. The position requires completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum and all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies within established time frames, adhering to patient contact expectations, and completing all outcome measurement tools as required by Spectrum, licensing, and payers in required time frames. The Clinical Case Manager will also refer patients to appropriate services in the community as necessary, adhere to all applicable Spectrum policies and procedures, demonstrate respect for supervisors, co-workers, and clients, and consistently arrive for work on time and adhere to the program’s attendance policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor‘s degree and post second year masters internship near completion of a masters level program for clinical psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, or social work.
  • Must remain active in master’s-level graduate program and complete master’s degree within twelve months.
