The Housing Case Manager is responsible for supporting individuals in obtaining and maintaining housing, maximizing benefits, working with external agencies, establishing community relationships, and accessing internal resources as needed. A key part of the role includes providing support with housing applications, documenting progress using the HUD HMIS system, and conducting educational sessions on housing stabilization. Additionally, the position involves assisting individuals in maximizing their benefits and income, and maintaining all required documentation according to HUD and regulatory standards.
