Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, or healthcare

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and support to ensure quality resident care
Assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor and document resident care in accordance with regulatory standards
Support care planning and coordinate services to meet residents' individual needs
Educate residents, families, and team members on health-related matters
Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and team members
