About The Position

The Clinical Care Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance with Strive Pharmacy SOPs. The role includes reviewing prescription accuracy and appropriateness, performing formula calculations, counseling patients, and guiding providers on appropriate therapy and dosing for individualized care. The position is full-time, onsite at 120 W 1st Avenue, Mesa, Arizona, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The work environment includes regular sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Active Arizona pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

Check entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
Perform calculations to ensure formula ingredients are measured and utilized properly.
Manage inbound and outbound communications with patients and providers.
Counsel patients.
Guide providers regarding appropriate therapy and dosing for individualized care.
Perform pre-verification to support quality control and compliance with Strive Pharmacy SOPs.
