You'll serve as a resource for your team, help support clinic operations, and gain valuable experience that can prepare you for future leadership opportunities. This RN role will support both the Broadway and West Fargo OBGYN teams. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 day off every other week. Summary The Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role facilitates health care services for patients in cooperation with the health care team. Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills to analyze data and appropriately respond to changing situations. Effective communication skills to collaborate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts, situations, and/or issues with peers, inter-professional colleagues, patients and families. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, clinical support staff and the public. Serves as a mentor to staff while assisting in facilitating the over-all clinic activities. Participates and may serve in leadership roles on department/organizational tasks forces and committees. Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) that has a proven ability to lead and inspire teams. Individuals who thrive in this role demonstrate excellent communication, critical ‑ thinking skills, and adapt to a dynamic clinic setting. This role will be the support person for a multidisciplinary team, in various capacities. This role may assist in conducting new staff training, orientation, as well as peer reviews. Your day to day may include: Overseeing daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow Supporting the team through mentoring, coaching, and education Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and organizational standards Collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency and patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, those accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
  • Currently holds an unencircling RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
  • Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
  • Functions within the legal scope of practice.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred in Fargo, Fargo Network, Bemidji, Sioux Falls Network and Rapid City. Required in Bismarck and Sioux Falls (Sanford USD Medical Center and Clinics)
  • Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
