About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II demonstrates the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. This position is assigned to work with a Physician for patient office appointments/visits daily at FPG Internal Medicine office. Located in Waldemere Medical Plaza on Sarasota Memorial Hospital's campus.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification (or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date).
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of clinical experience in outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with an electronic practice management and electronic health record.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software.
- Skill in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
