About The Position

The Clinical Care Associate (mirrors the Medical Assistant role in the specialty clinics) is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high quality care that is compassionate, consistent and reliable for our patients, families and the practices within a medical home. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR certification required within the first six months from hire
• One year experience in relevant health care setting or training program desired
• Proven customer service experience required

Nice To Haves

• Vocational training in a relevant area preferred
• Primary Care experience preferred
