Clinical Care Advisor IDD (Program Consultant)
About The Position
The Clinical Care Advisor IDD (Program Consultant) is responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more external client facing programs within a business unit. Program consultants typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives. In collaboration under the supervision of the Manager II, this candidate will manage the ongoing compliance and daily operations with external client facing programs, help ensure the program meets its stated objectives, and provide support to a team of advisors in day-to-day operations. The role involves researching applicable subject matter practices, staying aware of industry trends, coordinating training related to the external client facing program, supporting program success measures, and assisting with data collection relating to program success.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience in external client facing program management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Nice To Haves
- Candidate should reside in North Carolina.
- Active RN, LCSW, LMHC, LPC or LMFT licensure for the state of North Carolina.
- Lived experiences with behavioral health programs.
- Experienced with North Carolina 1915 programs.
- Experienced working and supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific focus on Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
