Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Counselor credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Psychologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Master's Degree
LCSW/LCPC licensure required

Responsibilities

Manage daily staffing levels, handle admissions, and oversee case management to ensure the program meets financial and clinical targets.
Responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and performing regular evaluations or progressive discipline when necessary.
Provide direct patient care when needed, lead clinical crisis situations, and review documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and third-party payer regulations.
