The Clinical Behavioral Health Manager is a member of the Housing team supporting three of the Housing Divisions’ largest permanent support housing programs. This position will also be available for crisis intervention and short-term intervention support on a case-by-case basis. The Clinical Behavioral Health Manager participates in overall decision-making, policy formulation and strategic planning pertaining to Catholic Charities Housing Division’s behavioral health model. The position is responsible for ensuring clinical best practices and program cohesion throughout the Housing Division. The Clinical Behavioral Health Manager ensures that programs achieve positive outcomes for clients while adhering to applicable clinical regulatory standards. The manager is responsible for all administrative functions of their department (i.e. human resources tasks, billing, marketing).
