Clinical Assocaite

Coral Care
Remote

About The Position

Coral Care is a pediatric therapy marketplace connecting families with speech, occupational, and physical therapists for in-home and community-based care. They are a Series A startup operating across approximately 8 states, building the infrastructure that lets great clinicians do their best work and lets families get help where they actually live. The providers are the heart of the marketplace, and this role exists to make sure their experience with Coral Care is one worth staying for. The providers are some of the best pediatric clinicians in the country and show up for families every day. This role exists to show up for them. As a Clinical Associate, you will work side by side with clinical leadership to support a network of 600+ licensed SLPs, OTs, and PTs across nine states. You will answer the hard clinical questions, protect the quality of care families count on, and build the tools and resources that make great clinical work easier to do. It's a rare role that sits squarely between clinical depth and operational muscle, and you get to use both every single day. Coral Care is looking for a strong clinician who has already made the jump into startups and digital health. Someone who thinks in systems, takes ownership seriously, moves fast, and gets a little thrill out of fixing the thing nobody else noticed was broken. If you've ever wished you could improve care for far more than one caseload at a time, keep reading. This role is open to licensed SLPs and OTs. This role is for you if: You've always been the one who makes the system work better, not just the one who uses it. You want your impact to reach far beyond your own caseload. You're energized by ambiguity and building things that don't exist yet.
