Under direct supervision, provide behavior intervention services with the addition of supervision of up to 1 Direct Intervention case and 1 Parent Consultation case and monitor the development of individuals served in the home, community, and/or other natural settings. Teaches both diagnosed individuals, as well as caregivers, strategies to increase skills and decrease behaviors of concern through positive interventions. Works closely with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Behavior Interventionists to provide positive supports, conduct assessments, and assist with development of programs, including treatment and data analysis. Provides support and ongoing training for Behavior Interventionists.
