About The Position

Munk Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Assistant to join their thriving practice. This role requires commuting to three practice locations: Clarkston, Oxford, and Davison. Munk Orthodontics is part of Corus Orthodontists, a network of over 50 practices across North America, and values support, integrity, and continuous improvement. They offer a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth, including annual learning assistance. The role involves partnering with orthodontists, capturing and processing dental records, educating patients, maintaining the clinical space, and providing patient support.

Requirements

An Orthodontic Assistant (preferred) or Registered Dental Assistant required.
Comfortable with health and safety regulations and clinical standards.
A people person through and through—someone who connects easily with patients, parents, and coworkers and makes everyone feel welcome.
Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things running smoothly.

Nice To Haves

Experience with orthodontic software is a plus, but we’re happy to train.

Responsibilities

Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles.
Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision and care.
Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance.
Keep our clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments, prep materials, and manage lab duties.
Be a friendly face—greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit.
