Requirements
- 1–2 years of dental/orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, coachable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist chairside during clinical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take X-rays (required)
- Support patient flow and ensure a smooth, efficient schedule
- Provide excellent patient care and education
