About The Position

Health Bridge is seeking a Certified Medical/Dental Assistant to join their team. This role involves coordinating preventative dental evaluations using tele-health platforms, collecting medical histories, capturing diagnostic data, and organizing patient records for remote dentist review. The assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions, while maintaining accurate documentation with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Medical or Dental Assistant
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
• Proof of current immunizations and TB screening

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with dental tools, terminology, and procedures
• Previous experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role
• 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate
• California Dental Practice Act Certificate
• Fluency in another language is a strong plus
