About The Position

The University of Maryland School of Dentistry is seeking a full-time, non-tenure clinical faculty member for the Division of Oral Radiology within the Department of Oncology & Diagnostic Sciences. The department is known for its strong pre-doctoral radiology curriculum, dedication to continuing dental education, and active collaboration with the School of Dentistry clinics and departments. This role will primarily involve overseeing pre-doctoral didactic and clinical teaching, contributing to post-graduate academic activities, engaging in scholarly pursuits, and providing service. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities for radiographic interpretation and consulting within the UMSOD Faculty Dental Practice.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian dental school or equivalent degree
• Eligibility for a Dental License in Maryland
• Completion of a CODA accredited residency training program in oral and maxillofacial radiology
• American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology certification or eligibility
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
