About The Position

Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) is hiring a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) for the Multisystem ICU. This is a full-time, night shift leadership role focused on supporting critically ill patients in a fast-paced, advanced care environment. The position involves managing a unit, shaping outcomes, mentoring teams, and elevating patient care within one of Central Florida’s respected health systems. As a CANM, you will lead night shift operations in the Multisystem ICU, guiding staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring exceptional care for patients requiring complex, high-acuity treatment. ORMC has been a leader in advanced care for over 100 years and is the region’s only Level 1 Trauma Center.

Requirements

• RN license (Florida or Compact) + BLS
• Acute care experience
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment & communication skills
• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves
