This role focuses on providing direct support and supervision within a therapeutic milieu for adolescent behavioral health clients. The Clinical Assistant (BHT) will engage clients, assist with daily routines, implement behavioral support plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care. A key aspect of this role involves supporting neurodivergent clients with a focus on neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approaches, recognizing and adapting to sensory sensitivities and individual coping strategies.
