About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Clinical Assessor to join their team in Louisiana. This is a remote position, and the candidate must reside in Louisiana. The Clinical Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments for the Community Case Management Program to ensure effective care planning, service coordination, and monitoring activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services-related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid LA Driver’s License and appropriate state and federal clearances.
• LPC or LCSW with a current unrestricted license to practice in the state of Louisiana.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for the Community Case Management Program to ensure effective care planning, service coordination, and monitoring activities.
