1. Coordinate training and support for clinical systems Develop and deliver training programs for clinical applications and EMR systems Provide onboarding and ongoing education for staff and providers Customize training materials and workflows based on department needs 2. Serve as liaison between clinical staff and IT Communicate system issues, enhancements, and workflow needs Corridinate with vendors and IT team to resolve issues Provide first-line support for clinical application issues 3. Support system maintenance and optimization Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementations Maintain and update templates, workflow, and configurations Ensure System align with clinical regulatory requirements 4. Provide troubleshooting and user support Troubleshoot EMR and clinical system issues Assist users with login, access, and workflow- related problems Escalate complex issues to IT support teams as needed 5. Maintain Knowledge and compliance Stay current on healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and system updates Support compliance with HIPAA and date security reequipments Participate in quality improvement initiatives 6. Analyze workflows and improve processes Evaluate system usage and identify inefficiencies Recommend and implement workflow improvements Support data-driven decision making 7. Preform other duties as assigned
