About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a Clinical Applications Trainer to join their team. This role focuses on helping clinical staff maximize their use of daily technology. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure clinical teams can confidently and effectively utilize Revere Health's clinical applications. Collaboration with clinical teams and internal departments is key to understanding workflows, supporting system changes, and preparing employees for new applications, features, or updates. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy teaching, technology, problem-solving, and direct interaction with people in a healthcare setting.

Requirements

• Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of education or training experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn complex software and explain it in a clear, practical way.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, courses, competency assessments, and clinical workflows.
• Deliver software training to new and existing clinical staff.
• Partner with clinical teams to support workflow improvements and system implementations.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot clinical application questions and issues.
• Respond to user questions through phone, email, and support tickets.
• Provision new clinical users for specialized training.
• Adapt training methods to different learning styles and clinical needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve training, workflows, and the user experience.
