About The Position

Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is a subsidiary of Bracco Imaging, part of the Bracco Group, specializing in the clinical development, marketing, and sales of diagnostic contrast imaging agents, primarily to hospitals in the United States. The company is dedicated to the discovery, development, manufacturing, and marketing of imaging agents and solutions that enhance diagnostic efficacy, patient safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role is crucial for delivering customer support and education to Nuclear Medicine and PET users, ensuring high satisfaction. It involves providing comprehensive assistance to current and prospective CardioGen-82 customers, including Cardiac PET presentations, radiation safety guidance, training, and ongoing education. The position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen service levels for existing, new, and potential customers within the Great Lakes territory (Minneapolis, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Detroit). Candidates familiar with this region are preferred.

Requirements

  • BS/BA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in nuclear cardiology imaging
  • Nuclear Medicine certification required through NMTBC and/or ARRT (N)
  • Must be a licensed driver without restrictions and able to drive a car
  • Candidates must comply with all credentialing obligations, including a 10-panel drug screen, to access medical facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cardiac PET preferred
  • Experience with cardiac PET installations, applications, and/or troubleshooting preferred
  • Candidates located in and familiar with the Great Lakes region are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full support for prospective and current CardioGen-82 customers, including Cardiac PET introduction presentations, radiation safety, training, and ongoing continuing education.
  • Train customer personnel on CardioGen-82 generators, infusion system operations, Cardiac PET image acquisition/processing parameters on different camera/scanner models, and appropriate safe handling of radioactive materials (ALARA).
  • Provide infusion system installation and ongoing support by completing required initial testing, monitoring customer use and product interactions, and documenting observations for product improvements.
  • Serve as the initial contact for CardioGen-82 troubleshooting problems/issues for new and existing customers, developing and implementing troubleshooting techniques for problem resolution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Professional Services and the customer base regarding generator or infusion cart problems/issues and complaints.
  • Partner with customers to develop short and long-term strategies for the success of the CardioGen-82 program.
  • Collaborate with Field Nuclear Account Managers and the Leadership Team throughout the sales process.
  • Jointly develop strategies to achieve yearly sales quotas and customer retention targets.
  • Partner with the Nuclear Medicine Marketing team and field sales organization to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
