Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers. We're looking for a Clinical Applications Associate at an exciting time. We've raised over $200m in funding to date, reached profitability, and are growing 100% year on year. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures and workflow
  • A team-first mindset you know every role plays its part in the study management cycle
  • Attention to detail and a maniacal focus on ensuring information is correct
  • A commitment to hard work and a positive outlook, day in and day out
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients
  • Knowledge of radiology workflows and basic technical concepts
  • Resilience and a willingness to continuously improve by taking on critical feedback
  • Comfort navigating MS Excel Pivot Tables and/or VLOOKUPs are a strong plus
  • AI-Aware: You lead with subject matter expertise, but you're comfortable using AI for things like admin, documentation, or research so you can spend more time with patients—and you know where AI stops and human judgment has to take over.
  • Your craft comes first; AI supports it. You're curious, not resistant, and open to tools that cut admin so you spend more time on patients.
  • You can hold a sensible conversation about where AI helps your function and where human judgment is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure diagnostic imaging and reports match the scheduled appointments in our database and records
  • Focus on the quality of our information, holding a 100% accuracy bar on everything we send out
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage requests, giving clear, concise written updates
  • Update clients on the status of their patient records, primarily via email with occasional phone contact
  • Communicate with Radiology groups via email to elevate a report to STAT priority or answer questions about appointment details
  • Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, routing them to the right team for resolution
  • Respond ad hoc to key client enquiries
  • Work with sensitive data in line with HIPAA requirements
