As part of the Managed Services, Clinical Applications team, you will lead managed services operations for Clinical Application modules, driving system stability and alignment with operational goals. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement of support processes while building meaningful client connections. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Clinical Applications management
