About The Position

We are searching for a talented Clinical Analyst Coord-EPIC. This position is fully remote. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or ancillary clinical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
  • Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems required.
  • PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required.
  • Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience, including three (3) years in similar and related position required.
  • Must obtain Epic certification.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical/programming experience preferred, but not required.
  • CPHMIS or ANA Nursing Informatics Certification preferred.
  • This position is primarily focused on Epic's Healthy Planet module. Possessing a Healthy Planet certification or other relevant certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Performing analysis of workflow
  • Assessment of system needs and requirements
  • Planning, designing, and testing of systems and interfaces
  • Coordinating work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel
  • Training end-users as required
  • Documenting and troubleshooting work involved in systems implementation and maintenance
  • Acting as liaison to physicians and clinical area end users
  • On-call rotation required
