Provides clinical oncology pharmacy services, including drug information, pharmacokinetics, patient education, and participation in multidisciplinary patient care groups within the Yolanda G Barco Oncology Institute. Will be responsible for developing program to assist in the management of the oral chemotherapy medications including dose adjustments, monitoring, education, and procurement. Ensures the accurate and appropriate use of pharmaceuticals for patients of all ages in the hospital within the standards of professional practice and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Pharmacy.
