Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody values of excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose to join their Surgery Outpatient Clinic leadership team as a Clinical Ambulatory Manager. This role combines clinical experience and contemporary leadership practices with the IU Health Way to achieve excellent outcomes. The manager is accountable for translating and achieving strategic priorities and outcomes, including quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. This position is also responsible for providing strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit, leading an inter-professional team to create an empowered environment for achieving excellence in patient and organizational outcomes. Furthermore, the role is accountable for advancing nursing practice by advocating for and consistently embedding evidence-based practices and professional nursing standards. This is a fully onsite role, Monday-Friday, day shift, supporting the Outpatient Surgery Clinic at University Hospital. Previous leadership and outpatient surgery experience are considered a plus.
