Under the supervision of the Clinical Affairs Supervisor, coordinate all activities related to the Clinical Affairs Department. This role involves supporting the department in ensuring timely and accurate clinician timesheets, allocations, and reimbursements. The coordinator will assist the supervisor in allocating correct clinic departments to float clinicians or those providing coverage outside their usual schedule or location, cross-referencing with the EPIC schedule for accuracy. A strong working relationship with ACMOs, CSMs, and the payroll department is essential for accurate reporting of clinician hours and allocation locations. The position requires entering sick hours into timesheets daily from Daily Sick Call reports and assisting with editing and correcting medical clinician timesheets during each pay period. Additional duties include assisting with Holiday Pay Reports, completing Allocation Forms for various changes, ensuring follow-up for approvals of allocation changes, and providing coverage for the Clinical Affairs Supervisor for Dayforce items. The role also involves communicating with the Dayforce team regarding schedule issues, assisting with payroll adjustments, and maintaining master sheets for float availability, assignments, and clinician contact information. The position also entails performing other assigned duties, adhering to departmental policies and procedures, environmental and infection control standards, enhancing professional growth through educational programs, and attending required meetings and committees.
