La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, LCDF has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. The mission statement of LCDF is to empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health and educational services for people of all cultures. This position is exempt and offers a salary of up to $65,000. The role involves the management of the overall operations for various LCDF programs, including Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Dental, and School-Based Health Centers. The Clinical Administrator will provide administrative supervision of the Medical Director, Nursing Director, Dental Director, and support staff such as the Front Office Coordinator, Promotors, Janitorial staff, and Medical Records. This role works in cooperation with the Medical Director and Dental Director to ensure all productivity and goals at the site are met.
