Employees are required to work during normal business hours of 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM PST. Based on business needs, occasional overtime or weekend work may be required, and may also require occasional onsite meetings as business needs dictate. We offer 2-3 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted onsite. This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. You also must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours.
