This position is required to ensure compliance with UnitedHealthcare’s contract with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator Senior, you will provide administrative and operational support related to Long-term Care (LTC) members’ placement changes, Level of Care (LOC) annual redetermination and Medicaid Eligibility in compliance with the contract and its amendments. Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours to 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. If you reside in the state of Florida, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure member address changes and transitions are processed and submitted to the State upon receipt within contractual time frames Ensure annual LOC redeterminations are submitted to the State (Department of Elder Affairs-CARES) upon receipt within contractual Timeframes Process incoming mail from the Department of Children & Families related to Member Medicaid Eligibility Notification to Case Management staff of Member Medicaid Redetermination due date Provide support to Case Management staff within assigned areas of responsibility Documentation of activities in ICUE Training staff on State contract requirements and UnitedHealthcare processes Special projects What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
