About The Position

The Clinical Administration Manager (CAM) supports Behavioral Health programs across all Clinic locations by leading certification and licensing activities, managing PHI requests, and ensuring administrative functions meet regulatory and contractual requirements. Under the direction of the Director of Quality & Innovation, the CAM oversees service delivery applications, memorandums of understanding, and clinical record‑request processes to ensure compliance with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and Joint Commission standards. The CAM exercises sound clinical judgment to support high‑quality service delivery while minimizing organizational risk. This role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and maintain strong communication and support for staff and agency decisions. The CAM promotes operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and cross‑departmental collaboration to ensure the Clinic meets or exceeds standards of quality care. This role requires a dynamic and innovative leader to support the administrative requirements for a variety of programs and contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in the mental health field.
  • Minimum 2 years in supervisory position in a behavioral health program.
  • License - one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC.
  • If not licensed - registered with the California Board of Behavior Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Social Worker, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.
  • Valid California driver’s license
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company
  • Have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
