The Clinical Accounts Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient clinical and technical performance of CDL Nuclear Technologies’ Cardiac PET customer sites, whether serviced by mobile or fixed equipment. This role is critical to new client startups, ongoing operations, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nuclear Medicine
  • Board certification through NMTCB and/or ARRT
  • Minimum of 4 years of Cardiac Nuclear Medicine PET/CT experience with CT certification
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Willingness to train into the Clinical Accounts Manager role
  • Demonstrated ability to improve work processes and manage complex projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical training skills
  • Professionalism and composure when handling conflict, emergencies, and change

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Operations to support new customer clinical and technical startups
  • Interface directly with client administrators, physicians, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses, equipment vendors, physicists, and CDL sales and management teams
  • Ensure smooth clinical operations of Cardiac PET systems and ongoing technologist competency
  • Provide physician training on the technical and clinical aspects of Cardiac PET
  • Ensure adherence to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Project Managers on assigned accounts
  • Oversee ongoing Cardiac PET laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and staff confidence
  • Support objectives related to patient care, personnel and equipment management, quality assurance, in-service education, and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a staff technologist for CDL PET and Hybrid accounts as needed
  • Provide regular updates to customers and management on a weekly, monthly, and as-requested basis
  • Deliver ongoing clinical and technical training, including onboarding new client employees
  • Conduct routine site visits to ensure technologist and physician satisfaction
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of CDL business and patient information
  • Assist with training and mentoring of new employees and coworkers
  • Uphold CDL’s core objective of delivering the best appropriate patient care
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
