Job Summary The Clinical Account Specialist supports two key ZOLL product lines: TherOx and HFMS (Heart Failure Management Solutions). This role provides physician and hospital staff education and support to increase utilization and adoption of both products within assigned accounts, executing account-level business plans to drive awareness, integration, and clinical adoption. Working in partnership with Hospital System Directors, TherOx Account Executives, and field sales teams, the Clinical Account Specialist ensures ZOLL's solutions are successfully integrated and utilized, delivering measurable value to patients and healthcare organizations. This role emphasizes account retention, expansion, and revenue growth while manage competing priorities across two product lines and multiple accounts effectively.
