About The Position

KOELIS is looking for a Clinical Account Manager who is passionate about increasing awareness of the tools available to surgeons when it comes to detecting and managing prostate cancer. A successful CAM is autonomous, able to effectively educate customers about the various facets of biopsy and treatment, and is a key contributor to driving growth in their designated region. KOELIS has assisted urologists and radiologists from around the world in their routine clinical practice since 2006, providing the latest technology for personalized prostate cancer planning and management, from biopsy to active surveillance and treatment. Focused on developing advanced, targeted, and less invasive solutions, KOELIS is committed to creating and bringing to the market a new paradigm in prostate cancer care, where physicians can offer the most personalized answers to their patients, avoiding any under- or overtreatment and preserving quality of life. Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience working in a clinical setting for a medical devices company or hospital preferred.
  • MRI or Prostate Ultrasound Imaging experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a business-related field and/or radiology technology and sonography background.
  • Well-versed in navigating Windows OS and network settings.
  • Must be comfortable in a startup-type environment.
  • Can-do and customer-centric mentality.
  • Highly articulate with high energy and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to set appropriate expectations for positive customer experiences.
  • Perform product demonstrations, presentations, and new user training to surgeons, OR support teams, and sterile processing staff.
  • Provide value-added clinical support by training customers to achieve success independently.
  • Communicate effectively with your team to ensure that customers are well supported, and service requests are documented and updated.
  • Support the field service team with product installations, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot KOELIS devices remotely and on-site.
  • Support the regional sales manager with commercialization of KOELIS products.
  • Organizing and attending exhibitions and congresses in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing team as required.
  • Self-managing travel and accommodation for site visits and completing expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Provide consultation to the customer to assist them in understanding the most effective use of technology.
