About The Position

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an LPN / MA – Clinic Surgical Coordinator position in our Surgical Associates Clinic. The Clinic Surgical Coordinator will provide indirect and direct patient care in the office/clinic setting to ensure patient’s readiness for a surgical procedure. The position provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a medical provider and registered nurse. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with medical providers and team members about the patient’s results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements

BLS or higher.
High school diploma or equivalent.
For LPN a Montana state license is required.
Medical Assistants must be certified through completion of an accredited NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) exam.
