About The Position
As a Clinic Support Representative for Swope Health, you are here to create a pleasant and seamless patient experience during all activities primarily related to the front office of a clinic including patient registration, and provide other support as needed. Clinic Support Representatives promote a high level of customer service and a caring environment for patients, always acting in the best interest of the patient. If you have a passion for service, and helping others, this is a role for you. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH Locations: Wyandotte Dental (12th Street - KCK) Wyandotte Medical (12th Street - KCK) KCKCC Women's and Children's (7th Street - KCK) KCKCC Women's and Children's Dental (7th Street - KCK) West Clinic (State Ave - KCK) Float Pool - Float to all KCK clinics as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Fluent in Spanish
- 4 or more years of clinical office experience, medical office/clinic, or hospital registration, and insurance verification
- Working knowledge of funding sources and regulatory issues impacting Health Care billing and collection functions.
- Proficient computer skills
