About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Clinic Supervisor to support our Family Medicine team at our Northern Star clinic in Salmon Creek. We’re looking for an experienced healthcare leader to oversee daily clinic operations, support staff and providers, improve workflows, and help maintain high standards for service and patient care. In this role, you’ll help with staff onboarding and training, scheduling, performance management, hiring, coaching, and day-to-day problem solving to keep the clinic running smoothly. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions. This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. Requirements

  • Knowledge of clinic operational areas
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, and the ability to confront and address issues with staff
  • PC utilization and software skills required
  • Must be familiar with HR employment law, record keeping and confidentiality fundamentals
  • Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare Administration degree or related bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a medical office setting, medical business office setting, or insurance industry setting preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
