Requirements

• One to Three years work experience in an acute care facility or Healthcare practice.
• One to Three years Management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of machines and equipment used in the Business Office area.
• Sexual Harassment training within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Medicare, Medical, HMO/PPO, and W/C Billing & Collections preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and influencing the clinic Staff activities and the delivery of Business Services while maintaining continuous quality improvement.
• Maintaining operations within budgetary parameters.
• Effectively interacting with patient, physicians, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional business conduct and service.
• Day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, credential monitoring, time-keeping, employee evaluation, counseling, interview and selection of staff within established Clinic and regulatory guidelines.
• Spending 80% + of his/her time on management activities.
