About The Position

Requirements

Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire
Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Responsibilities

Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care, by assisting with patient exams and multiple clinic procedures, implement treatments, and evaluate patient outcomes
Perform/record vital signs, CPR, apply oxygen delivering systems, perform simple wound irrigation/direct pressure/dressings, prepare sterile field for suturing, assist provider with treatment when appropriate, apply restraints, clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization, collect urine specimens, and phlebotomy
Provides patient and family education
Assists with patient transports and transfers
Answer telephones, filing, greet patients/visitors, and transcribe provider’s orders
Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms
