About The Position

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. The RN facilitates care coordination through the nursing process, assessing, identifying, planning, implementing, and evaluating care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters. The role collaborates with other members of the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care. The position is with Physician Management Group at Providence, an organization focused on patient-centered, whole-person care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all payment conditions; the bonus is prorated for eligible positions with an FTE below 1.0. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ambulatory care patients throughout the lifespan, based on their individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Facilitate care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs.
• Provide care and education through direct, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters.
• Collaborate with other members of the health care team.

• Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
