About The Position

The Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. The role coordinates care using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, and electronic encounters. The Clinic RN collaborates with other health care team members, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care. Actions are expected to reflect the organization’s core values. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all payment conditions. Providence states that its benefits and compensation package begins on the first day of employment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: Registered Nurse License in the state where care will be provided.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.
