About The Position

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives. Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns. To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care. Acts as a resource and a role model. Complies with HIPAA standards. Seeks opportunities to increase skills and/or knowledge. Participates in department's productivity measures. Patient flow: Able to effectively coordinate physician time, patient schedule, and clinical duties of care team. Demonstrate initiative and flexibility with day to day activities. Demonstrates behavior consistent in promoting excellent patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Completion of RN program
  • Greater than two (2) years of RN experience
  • Registered Nurse: AZ
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors of Nursing degree - BSN
  • Greater than two (2) years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience
