About The Position
Heart and Vascular Clinic Valley View is seeking an experienced Clinic RN Traveler for Summer 2026. This day-shift position provides ambulatory cardiology care, including patient triage, specialized diagnostic test assistance, care coordination, and cardiac health education.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS.
- Minimum 3 years of cardiology-specific clinic/ambulatory care experience required.
- Direct experience with Epic EHR required.
Responsibilities
- Triage and assess clinical patient concerns.
- Provide comprehensive care coordination across cardiology services.
- Assist providers with Exercise Stress Tests and Tilt Table Tests.
- Perform EKGs and manage heart monitoring equipment.
- Establish peripheral IV access for diagnostic testing.
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
- Assist with patient rooming in the clinic as needed.
