About The Position

Prairie Ridge Health is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This position is a 0.9-1.0 FTE (36-40 hours per week) and will work Monday-Friday, days. The RN will provide nursing care for patients of all ages, including adults, pediatrics, infants, adolescents, and the elderly. The role involves leadership and direction to the patient care team, conducting physical, psychological, and social assessments, formulating nursing diagnoses, and communicating findings to physicians and/or mid-level providers. The RN will manage, organize, and provide direct patient care, utilizing clinical decision-making to facilitate the patient's plan of care and prioritize activities. Additionally, the RN will educate patients' families and other healthcare team members about health maintenance and disease processes. The RN will work at the clinic location where the Provider is scheduled for the day.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid nursing license as recognized by state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR
• Relevant clinical experience preferred

• Baccalaureate degree preferred

Responsibilities
